Every project funded from national or EU sources requires constant attention and supervision during implementation. This primarily implies taking care of project documentation, creating specialized reports for competent institutions, and monitoring and “safeguarding” the project budget.
A project is like a living organism in which various changes and adjustments occur during implementation: therefore, it is essential to assign someone for implementation to align it with the administrative requirements of the implementing bodies so that the project is ultimately successfully completed. Because, we must not forget – although a project passes the tender, it must be successfully implemented so that all approved funds are actually paid out.
