The justification analysis for granting the concession was prepared as a preliminary activity for the Port Authority Vukovar in conducting the concession award procedure for performing port activities at the landing place on the Danube River in the area of the Municipality of Draž. Preliminary activities for granting a concession include all actions carried out for the purpose of awarding the concession, which take place before the formal start of the concession award procedure.
