The study involved defining potential solutions for the waterway marking system, as well as specifying the technical characteristics of the vessels, marking equipment, and supporting infrastructure. It also included selecting the options that best met the needs of the Agency for Waterways at that time.

In addition to defining the technical specifications of the required equipment, the feasibility study included a financial cost-benefit analysis of the proposed solutions. The aim was to demonstrate both the financial (direct) and economic (direct and indirect) benefits of investing in the modernization effort.

Scope of Work:

  • Feasibility, cost, and benefit analysis of investments in vessels and equipment for waterway marking (in cooperation with the company iCat d.o.o., which carried out the technical part of the analysis).
