Who Are Zobnica
After several years of experience in project development, financial consulting, and managing the finance department of a joint-stock company with over 150 employees, I decided to launch my own consulting business.
I founded Zobnica d.o.o. in April 2014, and more than ten years later — we’re still here! Zobnica is intentionally kept small — not because we lack ambition, but because we believe that real value comes from focus, dedication, and a personal approach. By working with a select number of clients, we ensure that each project receives our full attention, expertise, and care — allowing us to deliver not more, but better.
Our core activity is the preparation of projects for financing — from EU funds to commercial bank loans, as well as support for various specific requests entrepreneurs face, with a strong focus on financial aspects.
One part of our company focuses on larger business and infrastructure projects, while the other is dedicated to micro-enterprises, rural development, fisheries, and aquaculture. Our micro-enterprise clients come from diverse industries and regions. Their most common needs relate to funding through HAMAG-BICRO and HBOR loans, as well as applications for EU calls in the fields of product development, commercialization, promotion, andcertification.
Over the past five years, we have expanded our focus to include agriculture and ruraldevelopment, offering project preparation and monitoring services to family farms and other stakeholders eligible for support under rural development measures. An increasing number of our clients also come from the fisheries and aquaculture sector, where we have prepared applications related to breeding capacity expansion, catch operations, processing, as well as concession approvals for cultivation zones.
Our defining characteristic — which we are committed to preserving — is our individual and tailored approach to each client. Every project receives our full attention. In discussions with clients and project evaluations, we are realistic and objective, even when the truth may be difficult to accept. We go the extra mile to help solve the challenges our clients face within the scope of our services. We deliver projects independently or in collaboration with reliable partners and expert consultants, depending on the size, complexity, and specific requirements of each case.
